TheRealConnect ("TRC", "the Platform") is an information dissemination platform: it gives real estate developers researched, ranked lists of RERA-registered channel partners ("CPs") and the tools to reach them over the WhatsApp Business API. Your use of the Platform rides on Meta's WhatsApp Business infrastructure; Meta's policies therefore apply to you in full, and violations put your sender number — and the Platform — at risk.

1. Meta WhatsApp policy passthrough

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms at all times. In particular:

1. Pre-approved templates only for business-initiated messages. Free-form replies are permitted only within the 24-hour customer-service window after a CP replies.
2. Honest template categorisation. Promotional content must be submitted as MARKETING. Deliberately miscategorising marketing content as UTILITY to reduce cost or evade review is prohibited and will be corrected by us.
3. No prohibited content: no misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims (including RERA-noncompliant project claims, assured-returns promises, or false possession dates); no content prohibited by Meta's policies or Indian law.
4. Respect opt-outs. Any CP who replies STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE (or opts out via our opt-out page) is suppressed platform-wide. You must not attempt to contact suppressed numbers through or outside the Platform using data obtained from it.
5. Quality protection. If your sender quality rating drops to RED or Meta flags your account, we may pause your campaigns immediately and require remediation before resuming.

2. RERA and advertising compliance

All project marketing content you send must comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and MahaRERA advertising rules: include the project's MahaRERA registration number where required, and do not advertise unregistered projects.

3. Data use restrictions

CP data (names, numbers, rankings, contact reveals) is compiled from proprietary research and licensed to you for your internal outreach use within the Platform only. You must not:

• scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense, or publish CP data;
• use revealed contacts to build competing databases or marketing lists outside the Platform;
• share your account or revealed data with third parties, including other developers or marketing agencies, without our written consent.

4. No spam, no abuse

Prohibited: messaging CPs with no plausible relevance to their zone/segment at volumes indicating indiscriminate blasting; repeated messaging of non-responders beyond reasonable frequency; harassment; impersonating another business; using the Platform to send anything other than your own legitimate real-estate business communications.

5. Account and payment integrity

Campaigns are enabled only after advance payment and WhatsApp Business setup, in that order. Attempting to circumvent payment gating, wallet limits, suppression lists, or sending caps is a material breach.

6. Consequences

Violations may result, at our discretion and depending on severity: warning → campaign pause → account suspension → termination with forfeiture of remaining tokens (ToS §5.4/§13) → reporting to Meta and/or authorities where required. We may suspend first and notify after where needed to protect platform quality ratings or comply with Meta.
