MPE has been at the centre of Mumbai's property market since 1993 — researching projects, tracking developers, and working with the city's broker community for over three decades. What TheRealConnect is

TheRealConnect is an information dissemination platform for real estate developers. We research and rank Mumbai's RERA-registered channel partners into P1 / P2 / P3 lists — active, relevant and reachable first — for each developer's projects and micro-markets. Outreach goes out via each builder's own WhatsApp Business number (your brand, your number — never a shared one), using only Meta-approved templates, and you are billed only on confirmed delivery. Payment is in advance; usage is transparently metered.

Every list is built from a continuously researched graph of projects, locations, broker activity and broker–project relationships across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Where a channel partner supplies a MahaRERA registration number, we check its published validity against the authority record.

How to read the ranking: P1 / P2 / P3 is a relative, project-specific relevance order based on the signals available to us, including micro-market activity, project relationships, reachability and RERA status. It is not a certification, endorsement, closing-rate claim or guarantee of response or sale. Records change over time; developers should perform their own commercial and compliance checks before engagement. Data corrections can be requested at grievance@therealconnect.in.

We do not sell leads, and we do not guarantee responses or sales.

We give you researched, ranked channel-partner information and compliant tools to reach them from your own brand. What happens next depends on your project, your offer and your follow-up — and we'd rather be honest about that than promise what no platform can.
